Klang Valley Training Staff – Day of Connection and Growth

Date: 2 June 2026
Campuses: LOE Seksyen 4 Shah Alam | LOE Setia Permai 1 Setia Alam | LOE Taman Rowther Gombak | LOE Headquarters
Total Participants: 40 staff

When 40 staff members from across Klang Valley gathered on 2 June, the day unfolded like a tapestry of learning, laughter, and shared purpose. It wasn’t just another training; it was a chance to pause, reflect, and rediscover the heart of Little Ones Eduworld together.

The morning began with breakfast, where colleagues from different campuses mingled, catching up and exchanging stories. That simple act of sitting side by side set the tone for what was to come: a day of unity.

LOE Founder – Puan Hajah Wan Roslina Wan Yusoff

Puan Hajah Wan Roslina Wan Yusoff, our beloved founder, opened the sessions with the LOE Refresher Course, reminding everyone of the values that anchor our work. It felt like revisiting the roots of our mission, grounding us in why we serve children and families with such dedication.

From there, General Manager Rosmaizura binti Muhammad guided the SOP Refresher, sparking conversations about clarity and consistency. Ts. Abdullah Munzir Mohd Fauzi, CEO Little Ones Eduworld, followed with Customer Service, weaving in examples that reminded us how every parent interaction is a chance to show care and empathy.

After lunch and solat, Chief Financial Officer Fadhlina Ramli led “Unite as One” at Little Ones, a heartfelt session that encouraged us to see beyond individual campuses and embrace the strength of being one family. The message resonated deeply – our collective spirit is what makes us strong.

The afternoon’s Townhall Management brought everyone together in dialogue, sharing perspectives and aligning on goals. By the time we reached the recap and closing, there was a sense of accomplishment in the room: not only had we refreshed our skills, but we had also strengthened our bonds.

The day ended with tea, where laughter and light conversation flowed easily among colleagues. It was a fitting close, proof that training is not only about knowledge but also about nurturing relationships.

Reflections

This first day of training was a reminder that growth happens when we come together with open hearts and minds. Each session carried its own lessons, but the true takeaway was the spirit of unity among the 50 staff members who joined.

At Little Ones Eduworld, we believe that when our staff feel connected, empowered, and inspired, the children we serve will feel it too. This day was a step forward in building that brighter, more inclusive future.
